As Head of Product-Led Growth, you’ll own the entire topic of self-serve and product-led growth at Libra. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Education to drive conversion, activation, and expansion across our self-checkout funnel.

You’ll design and execute experiments to optimize acquisition, onboarding, and monetization — turning signups into engaged, retained customers. You’ll also shape user education through the Libra Academy, ensuring users understand and adopt the full power of our AI workspace.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of growth strategy, product thinking, and marketing execution — ideal for someone who wants to build a scalable growth engine at one of Europe’s most exciting AI startups.

• Own Libra’s PLG motion end-to-end — from free-trial onboarding to self-checkout conversion and upsell.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to continuously optimize user flows, onboarding experiences, and feature adoption.
• Partner with Marketing and Demand Gen to align campaigns, landing pages, and in-app experiences for seamless lead-to-customer journeys.
• Analyze funnel data and user behavior to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and high-leverage improvements.
• Develop and implement A/B tests and product experiments to improve signup, activation, and conversion rates.
• Oversee and evolve the Libra Academy, shaping it into an on-demand learning platform that drives education, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate with Data to define success metrics and reporting dashboards for self-serve performance and user lifecycle health.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to ensure alignment between PLG and enterprise-led growth motions.

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Management, or Marketing at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
• Proven success optimizing conversion, activation, or monetization in a self-serve product environment.
• Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into actionable growth hypotheses and measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Product, Marketing, and Design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and build structure where needed.
• Curiosity for AI and the future of knowledge work.
• Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
