Why Libra
At Libra, we’re redefining how legal teams work with knowledge. Our AI platform transforms how lawyers research, draft, and deliver legal work — combining deep legal domain understanding with powerful generative technology. Within just over a year, we’ve grown from zero to over €3M in ARR and partnered with leading publishers, firms, and in-house legal teams across Europe. With strong product-market fit, a rapidly expanding customer base, and backing from top-tier investors, Libra is on a mission to become the operating system for modern legal work. This is your opportunity to join a fast-scaling European AI company at the forefront of legal transformation.
Role Overview
As a Legal Solutions Architect, you’ll bring deep legal domain expertise into Libra’s product. You’ll work at the intersection of law, AI, and product development, helping design and optimize legal reasoning workflows that make Libra’s platform feel truly “lawyer-like.” Unlike Legal Engineers, who work directly with customers, Legal Solutions Architects operate internally — collaborating with Product, Legal Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to ensure that Libra’s AI models, prompts, and workflows reflect real legal logic, accuracy, and value.
You’ll play a key role in defining how complex legal knowledge is represented inside the product, designing reusable legal workflows, curating datasets, and ensuring that Libra consistently delivers outputs that match the expectations of top-tier legal professionals.
