Role Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (DACH), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our enterprise clients — from top law firms to corporate legal departments — get maximum value from Libra. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, training, and expansion, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner. Your mission is to help teams fully integrate Libra into their workflows, achieve measurable outcomes, and champion Libra across their organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Legal Engineering teams to shape how Europe’s leading legal organizations adopt and scale AI.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Implementation: Lead the integration of Libra into client workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Training & Enablement: Run workshops, demos, and enablement sessions that help users embrace Libra’s AI capabilities as an everyday tool.
  • Customer Partnership: Act as the primary contact for enterprise customers with a consultative, strategic approach — becoming a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  • Success Metrics: Track adoption, utilization, and ROI metrics to drive measurable client success and renewal readiness.
  • Advocacy & Engagement: Build deep relationships and transform users into internal Libra champions.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Proactively identify risks and opportunities for expansion through data insights and engagement.
  • Feedback Loop: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Legal Engineering teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales during handoffs and renewal cycles to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel within the DACH region may be required for client visits and workshops.
What You Have
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS account management.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex customer relationships — ideally in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with partners, CLOs, and senior executives.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative — you thrive at the intersection of customer, product, and sales.
  • Legal or consulting background (e.g., law degree, experience in a law firm, or management consulting) is a strong plus.
  • Native-level German and professional English fluency.
