Role Overview

As Sales Manager SMB (DACH), you’ll lead Libra’s go-to-market efforts for small and mid-sized law firms as well as corporate legal teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Director Revenue DACH, you’ll coach and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expansion within this rapidly growing segment. You’ll also stay hands-on — leading by example through your own customer engagements, refining our sales playbook, and shaping how Libra scales across Europe’s broader legal market. This is a highly visible role for a motivated commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market & SMB Account Executives.
  • Support AEs in managing their full sales cycles — from prospecting and demos to negotiation, close, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Director Revenue DACH to forecast accurately, improve processes, and drive predictable pipeline growth.
  • Personally engage with key customers and prospects to model strong sales execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Legal Engineering to refine messaging and tailor solutions for smaller and mid-sized customers.
  • Help design and continuously improve Libra’s Mid-Market & SMB sales playbook.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to team structure, hiring, and onboarding as Libra continues to scale.
What You Have
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or professional services — ideally with some experience selling to mid-sized organizations.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other sales professionals, or readiness to step into a first formal leadership role.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle sales in fast-moving, consultative environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage legal and business stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset — comfortable building structure in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Passion for AI, technology, and how they reshape professional services.
  • Native-level German and professional English fluency.
  • Legal background (law degree, firm experience, or legal operations) is a strong plus — especially if paired with commercial drive and people leadership potential.
  • A genuine interest in building teams, processes, and customer relationships that last.
