Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Manager (DACH), you’ll lead and scale Libra’s enterprise sales motion across Big Law firms and corporate legal departments in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Director Revenue DACH, you’ll coach and empower a team of high-performing Account Executives, while personally engaging with key enterprise prospects to model consultative, value-based selling. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded, ambitious professional who’s ready to build, lead, and shape how AI is adopted by Europe’s leading legal organizations.

What You'll Do
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of solution-driven Enterprise Account Executives across the DACH region.
  • Support AEs in building pipeline, refining deal strategy, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Own forecasting, sales processes, and performance metrics in close collaboration with the Director Revenue DACH.
  • Personally engage with strategic prospects and high-value customers to close key deals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to tailor solutions and refine go-to-market messaging.
  • Help document best practices and evolve Libra’s enterprise sales playbook to enable scaling.
  • Contribute to the design of team structure, career paths, and training programs for the growing sales organization.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Have
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or legal tech — ideally with some exposure to enterprise sales or sales leadership.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other sales professionals, even in an informal or team-lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in consultative, value-based sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage C-level leaders in legal, compliance, or IT.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Passion for AI, technology, and their application to legal and professional services.
  • Native-level fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
  • Legal background (law degree or law firm experience) is a strong plus, especially if paired with commercial acumen and leadership potential.
  • Motivated by building — from processes and teams to market presence and long-term customer relationships.
