What You’ll Do
Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, platforms, and formats
Translating strategy, data insights and UX into stunning interface designs, social media assets or new website landing pages
Explore different ways of expressing brands and ideas through imagery, typography, and compositions.
Making considered but bold decisions when to use the design system and when to create something new
Partner with marketing managers, sales, performance marketing and engineers to create integrated campaigns
Comfortable moving from concept to execution, transforming raw ideas into crafted, impactful visuals
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
4+ years of experience as visual designer at an agency or renowned brand
A strong portfolio (website or PDF) that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and visual craft
Experience with designing marketing assets, websites, digital products
Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams
Confident using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Bonus: experience with no-code website tools
Confident speaking in English; German is a plus
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
